Who we are
MotorQuote UK (“we”) is a car listing alert service run by Ruhul Amin, St Albans, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom. Contact: support@jagatitlimited.com.
What we collect and why
- Email address so we can send the alerts you asked for. Legal basis: contract (you signed up for alerts).
- Your search criteria (make, model, budget, postcode area) so we can match listings to you. We use the outward postcode only, never a full address.
- Telegram chat ID if you connect Telegram, so instant alerts can reach you.
- Payment status if you subscribe. Card details go to Stripe and never touch our servers; we hold only a Stripe customer reference and your plan.
- Which alerts we sent you, so we never send the same car twice.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or share your details with advertisers.
- We do not store data about eBay users or sellers. Listing data we process is public advert content.
- We do not track you across other websites.
Vehicle data
MOT history shown in alerts comes from the DVSA MOT History API. It relates to vehicles, not people, and is displayed as published by DVSA.
Affiliate links
Some links in our emails and on this site are affiliate links (for example to eBay, insurance or warranty providers). If you buy through one we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. The partner may set a cookie when you click; that is governed by their own privacy policy.
Alerts are sent through Resend. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops all alerts immediately.
How long we keep data
While your account is active, and for 12 months after you unsubscribe or cancel so we can answer any billing questions. You can ask us to delete everything sooner.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email support@jagatitlimited.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies. Stripe checkout uses its own cookies to process payments securely.
